Rates are shown in GB pounds sterling and are for the hire of the villa per night.
Rental rates include the following:
Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels
Local agent services for:-
- Meet and greet / transfers
- Help with car rental prior to the rental period
- Familiarisation of villa and local area
- Emergency contact number
- A mid-stay clean for all stays over 12 nights
- Final clean clean sfter departure

High Season

A mid-stay clean and linen change for stays of less than 12 nights can be arranged - this will be payable locally. Please enquire.
Availability
During high seasons a minimum one week rental applies, at all other times a 4 night minimum rental applies. The day for the start of a rental is flexible subject to availability.
