Brief Property Summary

Villa Kali Thea is a brand new villa, individually designed and built by one of the best architects on Naxos and sleeps 4 + a cot. A 5th person can be accommodated for a small additional charge.

The peaceful location at Alyko offers a relaxing pace of life but with only a 25 minute drive you can be in the heart of bustling Naxos Town.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor,each bedroom having patio doors which open onto a wrap-around terrace with ample space to sit and relax or sunbathe. There is also a covered terrace with built-in seating and a marble table. It offers shade from the sun and shelter from the warm 'meltemi' wind which provides a welcome breeze in the height of summer. This is an ideal spot for a relaxing lunch or a break from the sun.

The upstairs open plan kitchen / dining / living area is a light and airy space with the windows and patio doors making the most of the stunning mountain views to the rear, and the sea and neighbouring island views to the front and sides.The upstairs terrace, also with marble table and chairs, is a lovely seating area at any time of the day, but it is especially pleasant for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or an early evening drink as the sun sets.

A 5 minute walk from the villa brings you to the beautiful sweeping bay that consists of the lovely sandy beaches of Gylfada, Kastraki and Mikra Vigla. The Greek Authorities have designated the headland adjacent to the beach a nature reserve due to a rare form of cedar tree which grows there. This has allowed the area to maintain its natural rugged beauty.

On the way to the beach there is an excellent family run taverna with a large swimming pool. Further tavernas, small supermarkets, bakeries and beautiful beaches are within walking distance or a 5 - 10 min drive.

Villa Kali Thea is managed by an English couple who have lived on Naxos for over 15 years, and they act as our local representatives. They will be the contact on Naxos throughout your stay.

Car/ scooter hire is recommended to explore this wonderful island and if you require assistance with booking a car in advance of your holiday, our representatives can help. Arrangements can be made for the car to be waiting at the port or airport suit your arrival.

For a relaxing start to your holiday our representatives will meet you on your arrival and will transfer you directly to the villa. If you are hiring a car our representatives can help you to collect it and then accompany you to the villa. They will then familiarise you with the accommodation and local area.
